If your Garmin Tread XL Baja Race or Chase edition(s) is damaged, wet, cracked, glitched, dead or not working and out of warranty, we are happy to help. We offer free disgnostics of your Garmin Tread. Ship your Tread(s) to Good Mayhem Racing LLC 20323 Everwood Green Ln Cypress TX 77433. If GMR can repair the device without getting Garmin involved, then the repair is free.
If parts are needed, GMR can work with Garmin on your behalf to get your equipment up and running again. We will work with Garmin directly. Garmin’s RMA process is daunting, but Good Mayhem Racing is a dealer for desert racers. Send us your device, and we’ll take care of the rest with Garmin. Your device may be repaired or replaced with a refurbished model. Max cost is $849.99 per device, and we will provide a partial refund if the RMA process costs less than expected. Partial refunds are done on a case by case basis.
