  • All product orders are paid upfront, prior to shipping.

  • All communication services are paid upfront, prior to services starting.

  • All consultation services are paid with terms agreed-upon as case-by-case basis

  • All fabrication is paid with milestone payments or other case-by-case bassis

  • Payment Methods Accepted: CASH, ZELLE, VENMO, PAYPAL, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHECK, WIRE TRANSFERS, AND CASH APP.

  • Products and services are subject to one and/or more of the policies below.

RETURN POLICY

  • All hard goods can be returned within 30 days for refund minus 15% restocking fee.

  • All shipping is non-refundable.

  • All Services are non-refundable unless explicitly unless agreed to in writing.

  • All digital assets and files are non-refundable.

PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

  • Products engineered and manufactured by Good Mayhem Racing have a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not extend to products we resell.

  • Garmin products have a one year Manufacturer’s Warranty from date of purchase.

  • Baja Designs have a limited lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty.

  • X-Glow products have a three year Manufacturer’s Warranty from date of purchase.

  • TMR Customs products do not have a warranty and are provided as-is.

  • Lamin-X products do not have a warranty and are provided as-is.

MOTORSPORTS POLICY:

  • MOTORSPORTS ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  • NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO THE ABILITY OF THIS PRODUCT TO PROTECT THE USER FROM INJURY OR DEATH. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK.
