Return Policy:
All hard goods can be returned within 30 days for refund minus 15% restocking fee.
All shipping is non-refundable.
All Services are non-refundable unless explicitly unless agreed to in writing.
All digital assets and files are non-refundable.
Product Warranty Policy:
Products engineered and manufactured by Good Mayhem Racing have a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not extend to products we resell.
Garmin products have a one year Manufacturer’s Warranty from date of purchase.
Baja Designs have a limited lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty.
X-Glow products have a three year Manufacturer’s Warranty from date of purchase.
TMR Customs products do not have a warranty and are provided as-is.
Lamin-X products do not have a warranty and are provided as-is.
Motorsports Policy:
MOTORSPORTS ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE SOLID WITHOUT WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION IS MADE AS TO THE ABILITY OF THIS PRODUCT TO PROTECT THE USER FROM INJURY OR DEATH. THE USER ASSUMES ALL RISK.
